Biography:

Mr. Zhi Gang Zhang is the Vice Minister of the China’s Ministry of Commerce. He is responsible for commercial reform, market construction and operations as well as being in charge the European Department.

He has also served as Vice Chairman of the State Economic and Trade Committee. Prior to joining the Chinese government, he held management positions with the company, Ning Xia.

Mr. Zhi Gang Zhang has a graduate degree in Economics.
